C. VAGO, LONDON. A FINE AND SLIM ROSEWOOD AND BRASS INLAID WHEEL BAROMETER. CIRCA 1835.

A very fine and slim rosewood and brass inlaid wheel barometer. The swan neck pediment has a brass finial and the thermometer is brass bound. The silvered and engraved dial is only 4¾" in diameter (only a small number of this size were ever made), and the oat beard hygrometer is detachable. The level register is signed "C. Vago, London".
